  1. Ability to post content below the right-hand side bar... below "mark done", tagging, and categories.

    Ability to post on the right-hand side. It's a great space that would be wonderful to use... it's kind of wasted right now. Just a lot of white space. Would like to be able to add images and text there.

  2. The ability to create TIMED quizzes/tests & Allow certain users to sign up their employees into events in the calendar


    1. having timed quizzes and tests would be great.

    2. allowing certain users (management) to enroll their employees into events would be great - rather than the user themselves having to sign up.

  3. Ability to make a course a prerequisite for another course without storing both within another course

    We generally want to avoid having modules within courses within another course, because it complicates the organization and user-friendliness of our site. However, we still want our team members to complete certain courses before they move onto future courses. It would be great if we could make a course a prerequisite for another course without having both of those courses within one course and using the Restrict Forward Course Progress feature

  4. Ability to disable fast forwarding through a video (require full viewing completion)

    If we want pepole to watch a video in it's entirety, it would be nice to require them to watch the full video. Currently, they can drag the bar and skip through to the end and mark done. It would be nice to either disable this ability or have something that tracks the actual time the video was watched for compared to the length of the video.
    Basically, like SCORM completion settings in other authoring tools. *See attached for an example.

  5. Observation Checklist Reports

    Add a report which admins pull to see a broad overview of which Learners need to be Observed for which checklists, AND...who the observers are. I tend to spend too much (or not enough) time pushing observers to observe. I want to send periodic notifications to them since there is no inherent notification system, yet. :D

  6. User Contributions appear in the Media Library

    Up until a few weeks ago, it was possible to add user contributions to modules or courses since they appeared in the "media library". This was great because it allowed us to take amazing content created by Team Members and add it into training, which gave a good feel to the site and also highly encouraged people to create videos. It helped to reinforce our trainers as experts at new restaurant openings as well.

    Can we re-add user contributions to the media library?

  8. Have a multi-add feauture for courses and modules

    When selected courses to be a part of a group a multi-add feature would help. The clicking and scrolling back is quite time consuming.

  10. For Events - show that a user has 'unregistered' on the Event roster.

    This option would be nice particularly for Events that do not allow self registration so that a Global admin or instructor can better manage their rosters.

  11. Instructors should be able to add sessions

    Maybe there's an "Event Coordinator" role that can be assigned. This person could add sessions and be over the entire event and all existing sessions.

  12. Ability to livestream corporate events.

    It is possible to livestream an event via Youtube, but it gets complicated quickly. On the other hand, if we could do it through wisetail that would solve A TON of problems. For one, security. We'd like to be able to live stream an upcoming managers meeting, but no to the whole world obviously, and just to certain employees. If we could use the same controls on live streams that we have with other media currently, it would solve all our problems.

  13. Dialogue Box for Ratings Below 5

    If a user scores a course below say a 5, a dialogue box pops and says something like:

    " Tell us what would make this course a 5 Star for you. Please share with us what you think we can do to specifically improve it. Thanks so much." There is a comment area and this information is sent directly to the system email account or course developer or whomever is assigned.

    That encourages feedback and helps them think through why they scored it the way they did. We're all working to deliver our best, so if they can let us…

  14. Events

    When enrolling participants into required Event Training, it would be nice if you could select to restrict the participant from unenrolling from an event.

    Also currently, admins can enroll employees and if they are termed before the event, the employees stays active in the event and there is not an indication on the exported roster.

  15. Quiz Question Feedback

    I know Quizzes and Testing is being worked on right now to become a piece of media...but I would also love for there to be an option to give customized feedback on an incorrect (or correct) answer. Something that could further learning by saying 'here's why this answer is incorrect ______' . We have hints on the front end....that'd be sweet if we added to that.

  16. Survey Question Types

    With the upcoming Global Admin updates, it would be nice to see some more Survey type questions (smaller text boxes, date inputs, ranking, etc) so that creating a survey fees like a survey and not a test.

    I feel weird asking someone to input a date into a large box. More often than not, they type some weird answer rather than the date.

    So I would like to see the survey tools built more like a survey.

  17. Ability to add a photo carousel to a module as media

    It would be great to be able to add many photos to one module without requiring the learner to scroll down forever to look at them, but instead allow them to appear in a slideshow/carousel format

  18. Log for Event Messages and other Improvements

    How do you know what messages you've already sent to the Event attendees? When you send an Event message, does it send to all attendees in all sessions / how do you know who it sends to? A test send would be great. And post event, follow up communications would be nice...but not knowing what has been sent, or to whom, discourages this behavior.

  19. Complete X of N at the media level

    I love the feature that enables users to complete X of N modules to complete a course. It would be great to replicate this on the media level. For example, the ability to attach two pieces of SCORM to a module, 1 in English and 1 in Spanish, and only require the learner to complete one in order to complete the module.

    This would enable us to have 1 module where both native English and Spanish speakers can go to complete their assignment and would be much less confusing for our users than having courses within courses.

  20. Continue to improve Text Editior for Media Uploads

    Text box editor still needs more tweaking. I copy/pasted a numbered list from Word. The editor did not correctly convert the number/alpha list. In an attempt to correct, I cannot re-assign numbers to match the original file easily, and in some cases not at all. Example 2 is the original format.
